Delivery Attempts and Depot Collection
Couriers and postal services will attempt delivery at the specified address:
- If nobody is available to accept the parcel, a calling card or digital notification will be left.
- Following an unsuccessful delivery attempt, the parcel may be left with an immediate neighbour, placed in a designated safe place, or held at your local Royal Mail delivery office or parcel depot for up to 14 calendar days.
- If the parcel remains uncollected within the timeframe stipulated by the postal carrier, it will be returned to our fulfillment centre.
Delivery Address Accuracy
We kindly request that you check your delivery address thoroughly when ordering, ensuring your house or flat number, street name, and exact UK postcode are correct.
If you realise that any details were entered incorrectly, please contact our support team immediately at suporte@cyperlux.com.br before the parcel is posted. Once a shipping label has been generated and handed over to the courier, in-transit address changes are no longer possible.
